At The Knights of Arkley we are medieval entertainment specialists. We are able to cater for a wide range of medieval events and functions supplying fantastic medieval entertainment. One of our most popular shows is entertainments at its finest and involves six brave Knights who joust to the tilt on horse back. Jousting was a popular sport in the middle ages and was enjoyed by both the rich and the poor when they could get to see it, very popular with royalty as the daring and skill involved is immense. The valiant Knights do their utmost to entertain audiences of all ages in this thrill packed equestrian event.

We set the scene with traditional medieval type tents and the tilt. Each Knight has an array of weapons that during the middle ages were the choice for combat and with the lance in hand take to their horse to prepare for competition. This completely transforms your arena into a medieval spectacular. The horses and Knights are completed by their traditional costume ready for battle. They take centre stage as they showcase their speed and skills on the horse and compete in the skill at arms and then in true fashion just like yesteryear they confront each other with their shield and lance, both determined to be victories is knocking down their challenger.

All our displays are suitable for indoor and outdoor areas and are great fun for all the family and suitable for any event.
